How much does it cost?

Our pricing is structured as a fixed monthly fee based on working hours per month. We keep it simple and categorize our talents into different levels based on their expertise and experience. All our talents hold relevant qualifications and certifications.

We invoice monthly, in arrears, twelve months a year. Included in the price are vacation days and reasonable sick leave. Absence beyond this is covered by us. Prices are adjusted once a year based on cost levels, and the agreed price is guaranteed for the entire first year.

What is the minimum contract duration?

We aim for long-term client relationships. We require that all new client relationships have a minimum duration of one year. That said, the agreement includes safeguards, such as a six-month trial period during which the notice period is one month. After this, a standard rolling notice period of three months applies.

How long is the notice period?

During the first six months, there is a one-month notice period. After this, the notice period is three months.

Can I hire a talent for a single project?

We specialize in providing dedicated teams of full-time talents rather than project-based assignments. However, our flexible contract durations — monthly, quarterly, bi-yearly, or yearly — allow you to scale up or down based on your project needs.

Do you offer talents other than the ones listed?

The recruitment process typically takes a few weeks. We work to match the right talent as quickly as possible while maintaining our quality standards. In many cases, we can have someone ready within days.

What is the minimum team size?

We tailor the team size to your needs. You can start with a single talent, and our clients have anywhere from one to entire teams working with them. We scale with you as your needs grow.

What happens if a talent is not performing satisfactorily?

Digitally Talented is known for having skilled professionals. However, hiring mistakes can occur. If you are dissatisfied with anything, you can address it directly to our management team, and we will take it from there — including finding a replacement if needed.

What can I expect regarding turnover and team stability?

We have an average employee turnover rate of around 10%. This is lower than the industry average. We work purposefully to attract and retain the best professionals, and we wouldn’t be surprised if our talents stay with you longer than your own in-house employees.

How does communication with the talents work?

We recommend daily video stand-ups and using tools that allow direct communication with your team. Slack is a great example, providing an open and direct line. You should also have good documentation and project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.

What about cultural differences?

We are often asked about this before start-up, but very rarely once a collaboration is ongoing. The single most important thing you can do when including new people — regardless of where they reside — is to get to know them. What is the lead time to get started?

The lead time is between 1 to 7 days, depending on the client requirements.

Intellectual property & confidentiality

Yes — the client owns all work and assets we create during the engagement. In addition, we will not share, use, or disclose anything the client shares with us. The assigned talent will also not share any confidential information shared by the client.
